These new units are built on heated slabs with the concrete decorated by acid stain and protected with wax making the floor pet friendly. There are no carpets or laminate flooring in these units. The units are located in East Side Village a mini home park on the edge of Yarmouth Town just 4 minutes from the Cat Ferry terminal and 3 minutes from the main commercial strip.
Water is supplied from a drilled well and 20,000 gallon reservoir which is treated by ultra violet lights. Its the best water in town. There is a queen bed with a Stearns and Foster mattress. There is a leather queen pull out couch as well a a single pullout Ottoman sleeping 5 in total. The coffee table needs to be lifted to the kitchen by 2 people in order to pull out the couch at sleep time. 5 appliances including washer/dryer. Cooking utensils are included for your use. There is a 75 inch tv amped into a built in 5 speaker surround sound system for your enjoyment. Approx. 630 square feet in total living area. Enjoy a quiet night’s sleep.
