This high-quality unit comes equipped with 4 appliances, a 75″ Smart TV, heated flooring with acid-stained waxed floors, and private parking. There are two bedrooms, and the living room features a comfortable leather couch that converts into a queen-size bed, accommodating a total of 6 guests. Conveniently located just 3 minutes from the Cat Ferry terminal. Rates are nightly, with the option for negotiable longer-term stays.

This two-bedroom unit is built on heated slabs with the concrete artfully decorated using acid stain and then sealed with wax, making it a pet-friendly space. It offers the same superior quality as our other units, with no carpets or laminate flooring.

In the two bedrooms, you’ll find a comfortable queen-size and king bed featuring a Stearns and Foster mattress (or similar quality). In the living room, the leather queen-sized pull-out couch provides additional sleeping space. The coffee table requires two people to lift it, allowing you to easily transform the couch into a sleeping area. Cooking utensils are provided for your use. To enhance your entertainment experience, there’s a 75-inch Smart TV. The total living area measures approximately 960 square feet, promising a peaceful night’s rest for all.

There is a separate coin operated laundry room on the south side of the building.

The exterior and interior walls are 11″ concrete / steel and insulation adding to your quiet and privacy.
