Introducing our spacious three-bedroom unit, perfect for accommodating up to 6 guests. Situated just 3 minutes away from the main commercial strip and shopping centers in Yarmouth, NS, this brand new unit offers a high-quality living experience. The unit boasts 4 appliances and a 75″ smart TV.

This impressive building features 11″ concrete/steel exterior and dividing walls, a standout feature that ensures a serene and quiet atmosphere for all residents. No need to worry about noise disruptions here!

In addition to the tranquility offered by the soundproofing, this unit also provides the convenience of coin-operated laundry facilities located in the utility room at the back of the building.

Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Two larger bedrooms are furnished with a luxurious queen-size bed featuring a Stearns and Foster mattress. The smaller bedroom offer cozy sleeping arrangements as well. The living room includes a leather queen-sized pull-out couch, perfect for additional guests. Throw a comforter over the mattress and the sleep is ok.

Similar to our other units, the flooring in this unit is pet-friendly / epoxy finished—no carpets or laminate flooring to worry about. Rates are offered on a nightly basis, with the option for longer-term stays that can be negotiated.

This fantastic property, is located on the southern boundary of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. Located 4 minutes from center town and 3 minutes from the main commercial strip – Starrs Road.

Water supply is sourced from a drilled well and a 20,000-gallon reservoir, treated with ultraviolet lights to provide the finest quality water in town. No chlorine or chemicals.

Unit is equipped with cooking utensils and readily available for your use. A 75-inch smart TV has enhanced sound. Netflix or Tubi is provided along with your own streaming services of your choice. The total living area measures approximately 850 square feet, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay for all our guests.
