This studio apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It features a modern kitchenette with hot plates (no range) with the necessary appliances to prepare meals, ensuring convenience during your visit.

Sound Proofing! These units have 11″ concrete, steel and insulation in the dividing and exterior walls providing peace & quiet!

65″ Smart TV, Netflix, Tubi or your own streaming services.

The queen mattress is a $2500 Stearns / Foster with medium firmness. The couch pulls out into a 2nd bed but it is not as comfortable.

For added convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry facility located at the back of the building, ensuring that you have access to laundry facilities during your stay. (Located in utility room on 1 Sunnyvale)

The flooring in this studio apartment is designed to be pet-friendly, epoxy paint concrete floor, eliminating concerns about carpets or laminate flooring. Rates are offered on a nightly basis, with the flexibility for negotiable longer-term stays. Pets are not allowed on furniture, bed or bedding. Dogs not to bed left along in the unit.

Water is supplied from a drilled well and a 20,000-gallon reservoir, treated with ultraviolet lights to provide the highest quality water in town. No chlorine or chemicals.
